Texmo Industries is Hiring a Level II NDT Technician Near Warsaw, IN

Job Description: Experience for Level II NDT Technician· High School Degree· Certified in Level II in Liquid Penetrant Testing and Radiography· Experience with ISO 13485 requirements· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English· Must be able to articulate and understand verbal and written instructions· Qualified to set up, initiate techniques, and perform testing in accordance with applicable specifications· Able to interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and prepare written reports of test results· On job training and supervision of Level I personnel Job Type: Full-time
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for the Level II NDT Technician · Accurately complete inspection forms, logs, records and check sheets in any format· Engage with engineering organization during the development phase of programs to ensure a clean & timely transition to the field· Train and mentor level I technicians in current methods and new technology· Provide support to cross functional teams including Sales & Product Management· Prepares material to properly examine materials by cleaning, identifying, setup· Under limited supervision, performs non-destructive test on precision parts· Performing tasks using the methods, process parts, interpret, evaluate and document test results in accordance with NDT procedures· Completes computer and paperwork transactions required to forward product to complete the manufacturing process· Will adhere to all quality and safety standards and demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction· Set up and operate non-destructive testing equipment to locate and measure internal and external defects in product
